SSB Training: This is a five day selection process that includes intelligence test, psychological test, group tasks and a personal interview. This is designed to evaluate the potential of the candidate to become and effective officer in the armed forces. The SSB interview consist of two stages: Stage 1 is designed to assess candidate’s mental and physical fitness.  Stage 2 has group discussion and personal interview. At Vilas Academy, the candidates  are trained in every aspect to clear the interview.
